The box was whole, no damage, bike and parts were well-packaged. But there are ZERO instructions, no manual. Also, some tools were included, but!!! the front wheel uses two nuts sizes, 17mm and 14mm on each side. but the wrench provided has 17 and 14 on the same wrench, so its impossible to use on the same side, unless you cut the wrench in half with grinder, this is silly! We need 17 on one wrench and 14 on the other wrench! Still assembling it! UPDATE: the front wheel nuts are so tight, cannot untighten them to install the wheel. I dont have the tools to untighten the tight nuts on the axle of the front wheel.
