I don't recomend this product. When it detects the heart rate (around 50% of times) it only gives the correct rate around 15% of times (checked by three different ways). Really bad product. Just to throw it in the trash bin.

not waterproof , after waching hands, it is blocked on 21:34. dot work anymore. i have lost money and hope of a good product.
