Very handy product. Good points: 1) The potentiometer has a switch to turn on/off the power supply. The switch is on the input so it disconnects the power supply from mains when off. 2) The display is off by around 0.1-0.25 V but it's precise enough to not create any problem. 3) It's light and compact 4) The + is at the center of the output plug, like it's required most of the times, at least in Europe. Not so good: 1) The ripple (simply measured the AC component of the DC output) seems very high. Almost 200 mV at 9V. Not a problem in most applications, but maybe some audio applications could not like it. See picture. My bench linear power supply has a ripple of 1-2 mV. So this is huge. 2) The output cable could be less rigid. All in all, a neat idea and a useful gadget.
