Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, Versand im Pappkarton ohne Polsterung. Dem Preis entsprechend wirkt der Hobel nicht sehr hochwertig, Farbe teilweise angekratzt, Sohle sehr Rauch. Die Klinge ist OK.

The sole is not cast iron, but sheet metal. So not ground flat, and hard to correct. There were also a couple of rust spots. The plastic handle is hard and rough, and starts to hurt after merely a minute of use. The set screw to hold the blade in place also seems to move the blade when you tighten it. So it's hard to get a precise setup. The blade isn't sharpened very nicely, but that was something I expected. It's seldom you find a cheap tool with a sharp blade. I know it's a cheap tool, and I didn't expect a lot from it, but this is even below my expectations.
