Q: does the drill arbor fit Festool Centrotec chuck?

BG638342171 It appears to be a standard hex shape fitting, and not Festool Centrotec, though it will obviously still work with any Festool drill but without the benefit of Centrotec quick release. May work with the Centrotec adapter though if it’s essential

This arrived lightening fast, very well packed. the product box was cellophane wrapped and inside a sturdy cardboard carton. The product was firmly packed in foam and for the first time I found comprehensive instructions in several languages. This is a chunky bit of kit, solid aluminium and brass, the only plastic is the dust extraction. Everything fits perfectly and moves very smoothly. I not tried any of the other 'big' name pocket hole jigs, but I can't see how they can offer better value for money. This explodes the myth that if it's from China it's trash.

this is the second part that makes the set. Wow, these are chunky bits of kit, superbly built. the construction is smooth and precise, adjustments lock in place and the rollers are smooth. you can place the rollers on the inside or outside making it very stable even for narrow chisels. packing was a plain cardboard box with cut foam inserts. both orders arrived with the box a bit battered, but the contents were perfect. I can't wait to blunt a chisel.

Howard I actually damaged one of the ball races. They're a standard size and googled it. I bough a pack of 10 for about £5 and replaced it. it's now perfect again.

This review is for the setting plate, not the honing guide or the angle finder rule. This arrived super fast in a well protected foam filled box. It's a really heavy solid bit of kit and looks great. The markings are very clear and the pin stop for all of the angles is smooth and solid. I can't fault it. When the rest arrives I'll try it out and review the set. Like most items on Banggood, it's not always clear which bit you're ordering, so please read the item description very carefully and also make sure you click all of the options and pictures. This item come is two packages, the honing guide and angle finder rule is one pack, the setting plate is the second pack, if you want the set you must order both packs. For me in the UK they ship from different places so they also show up differently in your order when you come to pay, which can also cause confusion.

Quite simply this is superb. Not only is it exactly as shown, it's also exactly (almost) the same as the nearly £400 Woodpeckers item. The quality of materials and finish is magnificent. Packaging was sturdy and the foam held everything in place. I haven't used it yet, but I can't wait to try it out. There are however a couple of improvements that could make it even better. 1. A Keyless chuck. 2. Make it compatible with Festool Centrotec system. Is it worth the money? Absolutely. Should you get one? Absolutely.

This arrived within a couple of days of ordering, wow. It's boxed extremely well, cut foam inserts for everything, printed cardboard box, wrapped in clear film. It's chunky, nothing flimsy about this item, all solid aluminium, I don't think there's any plastic anywhere. The mitre gauge feels and looks really nice the pre-set angles are positive yet easy to move and the red anodised handle is large enough for European hands. The fence too is built to the same quality and slides very smoothly. I haven't been able to check the accuracy, But I can't imagine they make such a solid product and not bother about getting it accurate. I'm looking forward to trying it out in anger soon. Is it value for money? You bet it is.
