سؤال: Hi I bought a 8 of these kits. I have assembled 4, All run slow. 2 second interval and the pot does nothing to change the speed of the lights. Very disappointing. Isn't the pot supposed to change the speed of the lights.

jasonudall in my case you would be lucky to get it running at all . on my boards one end of the 2k2 resistor has no track going to it . only be linking this to Vcc can I make the circuit work
