this would be the best product I have ever bought if it charged the battery at more than 0.6A I cannot get it to go any higher

such a good product. it stopped working with a normal charger but when I used my fast charger it worked like a charm. I had a little bit of a problem with using resin core solder. I havent tried it with a laptop USB port

mmullineux whatis turn lamp current regulator? what does it do?

I'm still investigating where, what and how to setup the module properly - and I'm not really sure, if this can work as a replacement of an expensive pro mppt controller... (afaik now, the good ones sold here in Europe, costing a 10 times, track the moduls voltage over the day and adjusts the sweet spot itself - and retracks, depending on the seasons differing sun ray angle) I rate 3 stars for now, for the missing information, and want to provide here for other buyers, what I found ali. Please look at the pics, as well as in Q/A here regards

Q: I need to know how to use this product, I know one VR adjusts maximum voltage and the other max current but I dont know what the other 2 VR do.

mmullineux Pleaseput a link to "the other version" I need to charge a 3.7V battery from and then power equipment at 5V 2A. will "the other version"you mentioned do that?

This new lantian led less version is useless. The description said 1.2A but when i load with 1A this module is more than 81C degree... And without battery from supply only the max load is only 500-600mAh. And 60C degree. The other version worked 2A load with almost no heat. This one is useless and sad this kind of circuit from a great brand like lantian... I want a full refund, videos and pictures attached.
