Eddie Yes, this kit includes the control board, joystick hat and servo motors.

Eddie Some places on the board on this kit are empty, this might seem weird. mine worked with the included component, maybe look at the soldering or use a multimeter to check if your components are indeed functional. If that doesn't fix it try and contact Geekcriet directly.

Eddie Yes, it does have an alarm feature.

Eddie I used the meArm Manual, it's a very similar kit so some things will be different but it should prove helpful. Just google "meArm manual " they even have the same joystick shield so if you can find the Arduino sketch you can use it as well

Eddie i would say take a small file to the two nuts on the sides, file down the one corner on each till you just start filling it down to the screw thread. Then put these newly flattened sides in towards the digits worked for me after doing this
