Q: Please send me via e-mail attachment of the user manual of the unit I purchased from you. (EBC-A20 Battery Tester) I tried printing a copy from the manufacturing company ZKETECH over-seas but, found it not printable by printer, as it states on site. Also, do I need to load software other than what I have already downloaded for my other 2 units EBD-A20H and EBC-A20H? Again, my e-mail is:*****. I can't wait to place it next to my other units so, I can check more batteries at-the-same time.

Measurements are not that steady, bounces around the readings a lot. Quality is very light plastic.

Does not work correctly. Goes from 4volts to 24v. No range in between.
