Fortunately I did got an S2+, and not the T3 shown at the photo. The MAO finish is beautiful, and the 5700K tint is exactly the kind of WHITE that I like (neither redish, nor blueish, just white). Comparing it with an S2+ SST40 6500K that I also have, the spill is more uniform, and the hot spot is soft and wide. All in all, I am very happy with this flashlight.

Very strong light. Gets hot quickly at max strength. There were no shortcut cables soldered on the springs at either side. The packaging is terrible. I wander how it arrived intact. Very fast delivery to Greece from China.

Q: what's the difference between 5000k and 6500k?

ElGreco The6500K is a bit stronger and more blueish. The 5000K is more redish and softer to the eyes. Personally I prefer 5700K which looks the most WHITE to me.

ElGreco No,the photo shows a Convoy T3. The product that I received was a Convoy S2 as written in the description (fortunately for me, because this is what I wanted).

Nice little gadget! Measures instantly (within building). I have not tested it outside. I don't really need it, but I always wanted to have one of these! It has a micro usb charging port. It would be better to have type-c port.

Beautiful product with very nice quality bits. The power switch at the top could be more firm, it fills a little loose. The metalic box is a little heavy for its size. In summary it is higly recomended for the price.

The received package was not wrapped in bubblle-foil for protection. As a result the package was slightly damaged externally. Nevertheless, the content was in perfect condition. The speeker's appearence is perfect and the sound is super for a bluetooth speeker. I normally listen with flat equilization at the source, with "all frequencies" mode at the speaker (the default). The sound is excellent at all frequencies. For me, the best listening experience is at low volumes (eg 40%). Higher volumes are for parties and for disturbing the neighbours. The "vocal" mode is too harsh for my taste and the "bass" mode has no clarity. All-in-all, I highly recommend this speaker. Great VFM.
