Recently I bought similar product from some other vendor, but it literally fell apart upon first use. This product works fine for lightening your laptop keyboard. Only con is the length of the flexible part, but its long enough for 14" or 15" laptop without numeric pad.

As another customer already wrote: 1 - the arm, if bent, tends to return in the original position. Also, it could be longer. 2 - the plug is in the reverse position if you want to illuminate the keyboard of a laptop I come to the same conclusion.
