all O.K. only the transport company. UPS is a bit unhappy...it delivers in the morning and doesn't have a collection point. If you don't watch it, the paid product will be sent back.

vse O.K. jen přepravní spol. UPS je trochu nešťastná...dodává v dopoledních hodinách a odberové misto nema. pokud si to nepohlidate klidne jiz zaplaceny produkt pošle zpet.

it is a good bike for the price, however no accelerator on the handlebars, no horn, a small bell I do not find the assistance very reactive compared to the other bikes I already have

c’est un bon vélo pour le prix, néanmoins pas d’accélérateur au guidon, pas de klaxon,une petite sonnette je ne trouve pas l’assistance très réactive par rapport aux autres vélos que je possède déjà

Ordering and delivery was OK and that was all good. After assembly the included battery can not be charged so I ask the seller to solve the problem. After a month of waiting, a new battery arrived but with wrong keys so it cannot be installed and used. Almost 2 months gone and I still cannot use the electric bike which I ordered.
