So, for the most part this is an excellent buy. The driver can handle a lot of power but it can't go up to 1kw. I plugged this into a few transformers to get an output of 100kv but at an input of 350w one of the toroids began to fry. Again though, this is an excellent buy. Just don't expect it to withstand 1kw.

worked great but I overloaded it and blew a mosfet. Just be sure to keep an eye on the amperes and you shouldn't have any issues. Maybe a fan wouldn't hurt.
