Andrew Fong The inside of the radio and the battery have the CE logo. I don't know if it is required to have a CE ID or number, but I don't see one. It also has an FCC logo, although I don't see an FCC ID number as they usually require. Interesting that on the sticker inside it says "Dual band FM Transciever", yet it also includes three frequency ranges under that, "136-174 MHz, 200-260 MHz, 400-520 MHz." I have not tried it yet on the 1.25 m ham band as I don't have another radio with that band, and there are no repeaters on that band in my area. I need to dig out an old scanner that I have somewhere to see if it works.
