The voltage regulator is unstable below 4.2V, the display shows a widely varying value. The maximum voltage, 12.1V is reached, when the potentiometer is turned halfway to the max, then the voltage does not increase any more. My project needs variable output 3-5V, but in this range, contrary to the description, the adapter is unstable.
