Ordered the earphones from the Czech-warehouse and shipment to Austria was super-fast: it only took 3 business days until the package arrived. Doesn't get any better. Packaging and the quality of the earbuds is also beyond reproach: The phones arrived in a sturdy box that contained the charging case as well as the earbuds. The phones are light but still very well manufactured. Switches and casing convey the feeling of quality-material. *AUDIO-QUALITY* the phones have a nice and fairly balanced sound, although that depends on how they are anchored within the ear. They do sit firm but the slightest vibration from running of jaw-movement can alter the sound distinctively. The only criticism that I have is that the earbuds are super-quiet. I purchased them for my biking tours, but alas, that will not work as they are way to quiet to get through the wind-noise. Compared to a set of wired Apple-earphones the AA-UM2s maybe produce a third or the volume. But all in all a very nice product that I would recommend (if you don't want to listen to louder music).
