A very good general purpose GPS module, widely compatible with the NEO-M8N by U-blox. I tested it with the u-center software on PC (by means of a UART-USB adapter), it catches GPS satellites (USA) as well as GLONASS satellites (Russia), and emits the same default set of NMEA messages as the NEO-M8N (see first picture). It accepts UBX configuration messages, and reports the same software and hardware version as the NEO-M8N (see second picture, BN-220T is on the right side). I compared the 3D fix accuracy, it seems is as good as the genuine u-blox module, which is much more expensive.

All preliminary tests successful. I installed the built environment on a Windows 10 PC, then compiled and loaded the program LVGL/lvgl_button as suggested by the paper manual. This programs displays 2 touch buttons and reports the events to the serial console via USB. Note : This is a T-Watch 2020 V1, you have to update this info in config.h for every example program. Note : This program tests only one function, it does not enable the power management so you cannot switch the watch off. In order to regain control over the battery, I compiled and loaded a more complete demo LVGL/SimpleWatch. This one enables the power button and the battery status widget. It also allows to test the WiFi connection and the NTP sync (network time) over WiFi. Then the watch displays time accurately, but in the China timezone (see picture)! This is hardcoded, but easy to change (#define RTC_TIME_ZONE in gui.cpp). The next step is to get rid of the Arduino IDE, which is not efficient to manage large software projects like this one. But I recognize that the Arduino kit is very comfortable for a quick easy start.

good deal for those who are interested in discovering how those USB power banks are made. For people interested in technical details, this case is based on a HT4928S chip made by HOTCHIP, which works as charger and DC-DC converter. Datasheet available only in chinese, but schematic easy to understand.

I received it quicker than expected, that is good. Testing it will require much more time, but I have to fill this review in order to have other reviews published. Previously I was dissapointed to read reviews saying "not tested yet", now I understand how people are tricked into doing this.

jayelen The ceramic antenna is different : BN-220T has a 2mm thicker antenna ('T' is for 'Thick'). As a consequence it is a little heavier. The benefit may be a more efficient antenna, but this is difficult to prove.

This LED plate is much more efficient if the current indicated by the manufacturer is significantly reduced. It is much more efficient if the current is reduced four times. better is to increase the number of LED plates and decrease the current to each one, heat less, consume less energy and increase the intensity of the light emitted. In this order I bought three of white light and one of white warm light.

I ordered this lamp because it accepts a wide range of supply voltage. After testing, I confirm that it works from 12V to 35V, with a constant light power. So it is suitable for trucks and boats that have 24V batteries. I will order several ones to install on a boat. Note that as delivered it is not waterproof, but with the addition of some sealant you can make it waterproof.

The graphite square flies at about 0.3 mm above the magnets and is perfectly stable. 18 magnets are provided, which lets you experiment various combinations. The combination which is presented in the wood box allows 4 stable position of the graphite square.
