Banggood may not be the cheapest vendor. But you can trust Banggood to deliver what you ordered. My lovely Xiaomi took a while to arrive. Around five weeks. But it did arrive and in one piece! A few things worth noting.. The tracking number that Banggood provides may not actually work on Banggood. It didn't update for me. What you can do though is simply Google "Banggood Tracking" and use a website called "Parcelsapp". Copy your tracking number from Banggood and paste it into Parcelsapps search bar. You should receive information regarding your order. When you open up the box, you will find a tool (for screwing the handlebars to the frame) being held by cardboard. You will also find holes in this cardboard where the screws provided used to go. The screws wont be there however. For me, they were taped to the left handlebars. Pretty much wrapped around it. So don't panic if you don't find the screws where you'd expect. They've just been moved to avoid them going missing in transit. I was worried when I saw this. I thought Xiaomi had forgotten them. But after ten minutes of looking, I noticed the screws on the handlebars, haha! Be sure to inflate the tyres ASAP. They come with air in them. But for me, it was only 20 - 30PSI. You really want 40 - 50PSI (I use 50). Check the lights on the top control panel. When switched on if one is green, which I think it is by default, that's "Eco" mode. It lowers the scooters top speed. People don't seem to notice this. They then complain that the scooter is too slow. Double tap the power button to change modes. All in all, I am VERY happy with the scooter. It's excellent value for money. It looks sleek and stylish. It's rugged and so much fun to use. I've let some friends and family trying it. They all love it!
