I brought this lock because it looked portable and having an alarm was a good feature. I think it is an excellent lock for what it cost and what you can expect from this type of security system. When I unpacked the lock I thought that the chrome finish was a little cheap looking, but I don't really care what it looks like if it is it going to protect my Harley Davidson right ? The lock is easy to use just locate a hole in your disc brake and push the key down and turn. The lock takes a few seconds and then arms itself. After that even a small movement of the bike the lock will give a series of warning beeps. If you move it within this time a very loud screaming alarm will sound. Bought 2 of these. Handy alarm, just lock it on your disc brake and the alarm is set. Sound is very loud and the tone takes more attention then the standard alarm. Very nice product!

First of all its heavy than i expected, that feels the product is more trustable for me. Works sensitive; İf someone hits the wheel or somewhere of my bike, it warns with 3 'bip' sounds. Second touch, than alarm comes out with very different striking good sound. The locking system is safer than classic locks, if you look at the key and lock you will see its difficult to crack it. This product is very dissuasive to thiefs ;) By the way, in my country (Turkey), this type of thing is not that cheap, so it has a good price to me too. (Note: If its rainy, you have to cover your bike, its that sensitive...)

This is an great product . I have used it in 5 month an no troubble. It has been raining a lot in this period and it still work perfect . Only thing to complain abouth is the alarm is very sencitive . >But that perfect ,it gives a smal sound to tell to get away. And if you dont the alarm goes. And it ok sound on it :-) even the cat get if on .

The alarm is sensitive enuff to play the warning beeps when i accedently put the keys in the ignition while forgetting to unlock the disk lock, and yet it have never started by accident. The paint on it looks cheap but the lock itself seems heavy duty and serves a great purpose. This is a heck of a deal for the features of a $75 similar device elsewhere.
