I install this laser module on my DIY CNC Router. I switch Laser ON/OFF using Spindle relay output. Best results were achieved with feed speeds from 3 to 5mm per second. This laser easily cut paper (80gram), Tejin Fabric (usually used on Paraglider/Parafoil/Kite canopies), and I carve medium grade Balsa, and White Poplar Plywood. I mount laser module into the aluminum square tube 40x40mm and install a mini fan, 12 V 40mm square fan from an old graphic card) to achieve efficient cooling. The power adaptor connector to pcb is found slanted but still can get good contact. tested the burning laser from around 10mm to 50mm using the pvc plastic, so far it burnt it well. suspect the laser is not exactly at the center of the focusing lens as the beam was moving during focusing & noticed there are 2 black stains/marks on the focusing lens as it can be seen rotating during focusing too. But it dose not affect the functionality. Anyway it is considered working good. Ho provato a usare il laser su legno compensato da 0,5mm e lo incide perfettamente, ho tolto da una macchina cnc il dremel su asse Z è ho messo il laser, funziona benissimo.
