Box was heavily damaged on arrival but item itself in good condition. Was as described, comfortable to wear and easy to pair. Sound quality is ok but I intend to only ever have on fairly low volume anyway while using meditation and sleep apps so no real issue. Overall happy with the purchase, might be a slight issue when it comes to washing the item but I have seen some people have commented the internal electric parts are fairly easy to remove.

Arrived as described and postage was very fast. Work great, easy to set up and install, synced easily with the older model camera we already had. The Vicohome app is easy to use and video quality is excellent. I was unable to get them to stream via RTSP on another IP camera app but think thats down to my lack of technical capability - not the cameras.

Q: My new camera will not stay connected over wifi - my older camera continues to work fine. New camera will connect but says “poor connection” even when operating where first camera had no problems. Have you had anyone complain of issues with using 2 cameras on the same network?

martin I have not had any connection issues you could try reconfiguring on wifi also try a network cable connection and see if that's stable you can also download a wifi signal strength meter on app store this will show you signal strength in db
