I bought this because it rains 9 months of the year where I live. I love the fact it's so light and compact I can compress it into a small pocket so i always have it with me. With the drawstring you can pull it tight around face, and no water will get in. I would recommend this if you want a waterproof layer that doesn't insulate so you can keep cool.
