You cad control it from your PC. But you need to write some code to control it.
To establish TCP connection with Arilux, just send to it hex: 81 8a 8b 96 in TCP packet.
If you established TCP connection with Arilux, you just can switch the light on by sending hex 71 23 0f a3.
To switch the light off, just send 71 24 0f a4.
