This is old version of the board, doesnt contain the short of 2 pins of the trimmer, which causes the adjustment to occur only in one of its extreme positions (there may be an impression that the board isnt working - twist to clicks in both directions to try). Has a clone (I think) MT3608 (the inscription on the chip is polished). The idle current is rather high (10+ mA in my case).

Only 11 grams of solder. 30g is the weight of the entire coil (plastic + solder). Paid for 30g, got 11g only. Very small amount of solder so it is expensive for this price! Melting point is not checked.

Q: Thanks for the answers about the USB-C port, now a followup question - How do I activate the USB-C port? When I plug a Type C memory stick into it nothing happens. I have searched the BIOS but can see nothing related to this.

tihon Lol. It has usb-C, but it hasnt usb-C bus on it. Its just used to connect external sata drives in some models of mini PC's. So its kind of esata connector in garage style ).

Has medium quality plastic casting and weak in my opinion weak rubber mount for flashlight. Convoy s2/s3 has some shaking while driving over rugged terrain. The bolt holding the parts sticks out. And caution, upper rubber can be easily lost. In general - normal mount.

Q: Dose the AK3V have a USB C port? While installing a hard drive I noticed a port that looks like USB C, but the case needs to be modified to access it. Has anyone tried this?

tihon Beware! Its may be not usb type C, its only connector looks like type C! This connector used by some model for connect external HDD, so it hasnt type C bus but only sata logic. See acepc ak1 model for example. And yes, it has msata on mainboard.

It works and looks good . In my case, the supply current reached 1.5A. The cord in the kit is not so good - the charge current through it is about 500mA, can only be used if there is no other. Another strange glitch with the determination of the presence of a charging device when turned on. If the phone put already on the charger when it is turned on, the charge current is generally lower than if you first connect the charger and then put the phone on it. This does not affect, generally, the overall functionality, good charger!

tihon You can use a battery of any capacity. But the charge current, as follows from the description, is limited to 1A. Accordingly, if you have a large-capacity battery, it will charge for a very long time (for a 3000mAh battery, the charging time will be more than 3 hours, for example). Discharge current - 3A max. If your device consumes more, it will be switched off by onboard protection. If the battery voltage drops to 2.5V, it will also be turned off to protect against deep discharge of battery. The board does not care it is used to charge a mobile liion battery or some other liion battery. It will charge them anyway. Observe polarity, this is important.

tihon i think its a Intel Celeron J3160 cuz it one have 4 cores + 2MB cache + 3 displays + 2.2Ghz boost if described info on this page is correct.

very good and strong mat. When packed, NOT so small as described in the picture, but small! I recomend it for picnick and as outer mat for tent installed on the sharp surface.
