Main flaw first: You can't assemble the kit like depicted. The X1 Shield and the X- battery shield on the assembled picture are different from what is delivered in the kit. That said the kit is not all bad. It's higher than i expected. You can't put the x-battery shield on top as the ESP32 module will block the USB charging port. Mounted with 11mm standoffs under the X1 shield and enough space for a 1200mAh battery pack is still a pretty compact footprint for this shield.
