It works fine on my PC and Surface Pro using the Debut video app. Doesn't work with VLC or Windows Media player. Can't get it to work on phones I have. Tried Moto G5 and Nokia 6.1 and 7. Just get a blank screen. No snow, the frequency scan etc does show. The compatibility check (isUVC) passed on the phones.The app detects the device, shows a camera is connected, just doesn't display video. Is there some firmware upgrade available? Please check your phone compatibility on the printed list before you buy.
