Perfect tool like in the picture, good quality, very good service! The problem is that it didn't came as in the picture .It came with more discs,in good condition but without the box and the black elastic.What is the black elastic for??Do i need it ,because if i do since i haven't you must replace it .

Est venu relativement vite de l'UE. Pas de problème, tout va bien. Moins cher que le même article ailleurs.
