Two grips arrived but both are left hand side. Seeing as I don't have two left arms they are useless to me. I lodged a complaint but no response in three days so far.

Camera arrived and looked OK however did not work at all. Tested another camera, and tested in another connection and definitely does not function. Sent photos and request for refund or replacement and the response on 3 occasions was a request for more photos and video as proof. Correspondence indicates that they are trying to renege on their responsibility to supply a working product. Lots of apologies and platitudes but NO customer service.
