The item arrived well packed including very rich probe assortment (to pinch, hold ect. the tested item). It was neatly enclosed in a cardboard box that protected it during the delivery, in the box were two leaflets with instruction, that were in a readable size... but there was a missing chapter, that for the activation of the device you need to insert 2 AAA batteries. Once the batteries were in the device it was very easy to use it and the reading are very clear.
