BG349504357 When ordering you can choose dual, single or no camera. You probably accidentally chose no camera. I made the same mistake but was able to cancel my order and make a new order before it was sent.

DoctorCali300 If you looked at it u clearly see the volume buttons on te upper side of the handheld. Also the L1 and R1 (side buttons) work. I say that because lot of people don't know
