Q: battery number?? what type of battery is it?

BG354541334 18650 no labeling wires were soldered to each end. So not replaceable unless you know how to solder. In that case it would be a breaze battery is easily accessible.

Q: is it water proof?

BG354541334 the one I received after removing the back 5 screws there is no seal in between the back cover and the light. There is a small opening at the bottom I would suppose if water got in it would drain out. A thin coat of silicone should do the trick.
