I have been able to control and fly without issue. I bought as gifts for the grandchildren and even the 5-year-old has figured out how to keep control and fly this helicopter. Not the best video in the world, but for less than $30 it does give video although truly not anywhere near HD. Video and pictures are what you would expect if you were rooted in reality. Great value but get some extra batteries. The flight time is not as much as promised. Overall, I have purchased 5 helicopters and an extra set of batteries for each drone.
