I received the Mini 60 within a few days here in Kentucky and to my surprise I found out that it is very sturdy, built like a tank, although not very large, it can fit in your shirt pocket. I began to use it within hours, I also downloaded the SARK100 software to use with this and within a little while I figured out how to get it all up and running plotting SWR graphs using Windows 10. I recommend this product to anyone interested and who has the need for such. Daniel Jackson

The unit is not recognized on three different computers running W-10 or W-8.1. On connecting via USB, I get a message about an unknown device and the Device Manager reports "Unknown Device, etc." The worst part is dealing with Bang Good's alleged customer service. They ask for pictures and videos. I provided a screen shot of the Device Manager screen, but a video is obviously too large to email or upload to their site. After several of these repeated requests, it was obvious that they were stonewalling. I asked them to replace or refund my money, but all they do is delay and respond to emails with irrelevanciesg. Avoid this unit and doing business with Bang Good. There is obviously no way of correcting an errant product or order. Caveat Emptor!
