This is a brilliant mini quad frame. It is much more robust than glass fiber and carbon fiber alternatives and requires no complex assembly. It is also super simple to mount hardware securely since you can drill holes in the nylon and use small wood screws to make permanent mounts. This is not possible with fiber frames. From a crash perspective it is very durable. You can break anything, but this frame will probably hold up longer than any other frame since it is a one piece construction. For the price, there really is nothing that compares.

I will recommend this frame to start up with to build 1st quadcopter as it is really sturdy. When I open the package I was impressed with the fact that it also include propellers.

I bought this to replace an identical frame from Hobby King that had a cracked arm. Great price here on BG. I actually mounted the PDB and Naze32 on the bottom. The top side of the quad has a well for the board and power distribution but it gets a little cramped.

this frame is the most durable frame i ever had. chrash after chrash and the frame is still keeps up with scratches only. would be better if we could buy landing legs separately.

I really like the frame and the fact that it has roll cage to protect the flight controller. I ordered the ZMR 1804 motors, Emax 12A Simonk ESCs, CC3D Flight controller, CC3D power distribution board, and Gemfan 5030 props. One of the ESCs was bad still waiting on a replacement so I used (4) RotorGeeks 12A BLHeli ESCs. You really need a 3S 1300mah 40C Lipo for this Quad to really enjoy it. It has enough thrust that it caught me by surprise the 1st time I goosed it ;-) Maybe some 2204 motors for future upgrade. You need 2M x 6MM screws for the motors.

At first I was sceptical from the price, but I wanted a "if it crashes and gets destroyed, no big deal" frame, but this little frame really surprised me!! It is virtually indestructible, lightweight, very complete, and GREAT value for money" I can recommend it to ANYONE

Very nice finish, a bit heavy, but the frame feels like it will take a beating, so perfect for beginners.

I like this frame! It is heavy, but I put JJRC X1 electronics on it and it works great! It is very durable. I smashed it into a clay hill with a thud. Actually had to dig the front end out a little! Not a scratch! I went through 2 of the original X1 frames before deciding to get this one. The weight actually makes the X1 a lot more manageable. I like it a lot!

All in all, this appears to be a pretty decent little frame, not bad for the price. Again, FOR THE PRICE. The material seems extremely tough & durable, however, the overall mold quality is satisfactory at best. You'll really want to spend a few minutes with the main frame, sanding or scraping down the sharp mold flashing that's all around the bottom of the frame. Removing this is simply good modeling practice, and increases quality noticeably. Now, let's discuss blatently misleading advertising. From the ad, would you presume that the motor flanges are 5.7mm thick? I sure did. Guess again... the motor flanges are 4mm thick. That's thinner than the thinnest inferior-quality frame they are showing at 4.4mm thick. Looking past the nice pics of a PDB that doesn't even come with this frame, you see the pics that show the obvious high-quality design of the RED frame they're measuring. It's not even the same frame. On a side-note, I'd like to buy a frame that nice. This one is NOT. I'm not saying this is a BAD frame at all, it's not. But it's not even in the same ballpark as the one they are showing measurements of. BTW: Expedited shipping took 20 DAYS!! The ad states shipping to US in 3-6 days.
