I ordered 10 of these led dimmable lights and 1 of them was scratched already when I opened the box. slightly disappointed I emailed customer service and when I told them I needed a replacement they obliged and will be sending me a new one. I'm glad I don't have to keep seeing a scratched light. good service recovery.

These are lightweight and low energy consumption and are fine for the kitchen and bathroom where we are using them. Recommended.

I ordered 14 of these and i have to say they are excellent, they are incredibly light as in low weight :-) all the info was perfect and i had already cut the holes in readiness for them, the satin finish is spot on, i have fitted thousands of spotlights produced in may countries and these are as good as them, i am not sure if they would survive a bounce/drop test as they are made of thin aluminium, but for the price they are excellent.
