Poor packing on your part. Wooden box was shipped in a bag with no padding. Wooden box cover was broken on one side but motor was OK because Toyan protected parts with foam. Item should have been shipped in a box with some padding. Long transit time of 11 days. Fedex Smart post is very slow.

the engine arrived on time from CZ with delivery service. I can quite agree with my previous reviewer from USA, 04/03/2022, that the shipping box should be better protected by a second foam packaging, the package was only sent in a plastic bag. But I was lucky, the sender was careful with the shipping handling. After unpacking, all parts were neatly packed in the foam insert, as described. Since the grease and the liquid screw lock were not included, it would be good if a reference to alternative products were given. A reference to the addition of the latest crankshaft would also be appropriate. All in all I am very satisfied.
