RJones01 Your website is not customer service friendly. I could not find a way to contact you until I found the \"My Orders\" page. That is where I sent you messages regarding the ZOP battery. One of the cells is defective. I sent to you previously all the details. I did not know messages from you would be on the \"My Page\" tab. Please send me a warranty replacement battery at no charge. Do you want the defective battery returned? I so can you please send a pick-up tag from UPS. Thank you, Rick
