First let me suggest that I had several problems with the delivery, and the microscope itself. However, Bangoods support is at the highest possible level. They met me for additional costs and cable, which was a problem, and they refunded every last cent. The microscope itself is a pro, definitely a bestbuy. Picture so clear! And support pure 10!
