The first time I charged the voltages of the respective cells deviated from eachother. After charging, flying and re-charging the Voltges were all exactly the same and have so since.
Perfectly fine for me!
Of course... LiPos need to be treated well. I store at storage-Voltage in a cool environment and only charge prior to use. Never, ever deeply discharge.
