For a beginner like myself this one seemed like a good choice in terms of both price and features (I don't think I will use the i-Bus, but it doesn't hurt either). In reality, the quality actually turned out to be better than I expected: the plastics and the knobs don't feel "cheap" at all, and even the internal PCB and wiring look quite fine to me. The menus are very intuitive for a novice. Got the unit yesterday, tested with the FS-iA6B receiver plus some servos (don't have a model to do a real flight test yet...), and with the simulator cable which plugs into the PC mike jack; also tried a firmware update with USB serial cable (NOTE: these cables did NOT come bundled with the radio - I ordered them separately!) All photos made by me of course.
