The device basically works fine and is within factory specifications, but there are a few minor bugs: - Above 10 MHz, the frequency cannot be set to the correct 10 MHz local value digit the first time. You have to increase the frequency in 1 MHz steps, starting from a lower frequency. - The counter only detects signals higher than 1.5 V. - The minimum amplitude of the signal generator can not be set below 100 μV. - The output signal amplitude drops rapidly above 10 MHz and no longer keeps its nominal value. A big benefit is that the device can be powered via USB.
