Le 24 mars j'ai commandé l'Arilux AL-SL10. Le 16 avril j'ai reçu une copie chinoise sans marque. Un employé de Banggood ne voulait pas reconnaitre son erreur. Après un échange de 5 mails signifiant mon mécontentement, le 30 avril ils conviennent de m'envoyer le bon produit que j'ai reçu le 14 mai. J'ai commandé Arilux, j'ai reçu Arilux!! Quant à l'appréciation du produit lui-même, Il fonctionne bien. J'ai ajouté des aimants à l'arrière pour exécuter un montage rapide et sans fil sur le côté de mon camping-car lors des diners nocturnes. Je suis très satisfait de mon achat. Merci Banggood. On March 24th I ordered the Arilux AL-SL10. On the 16th of April, I received a unbranded Chinese copy. A Banggood employee did not want to admit his mistake. After an exchange of 5 emails signifying my dissatisfaction, on April 30 they agree to send me the good product I received on May 14th. I ordered Arilux, I received Arilux !!As for the appreciation of the product itself, it works well. I added magnets at the back to run a quick and wireless mount on the side of my camper at night dinners. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Banggood.
