The shipping was fast, product packaging is good for transportation. Product itself works good, looks good enough, I have nothing to complain about with the ionizer. The one thing I have problem with is that the EU adapter doesn't fit the standard EU wall socket, so I had to replace it with other. I hope you will be able to see it in customer uploaded photos here on banggood . It's not a big deal, the adapter was cheap, it was just a minor nuisance that the product couldn't be used out of the box.

Banggood Hello dear customer, We have notice the problem of the adaptor, before our EU adaptor are not fit all standard EU country, but we have just change it last week. To the standard cylinder design. Please rest assured to order now :)
