The plane is quite good, but it doesn't fly as well as it should due to dreadful packaging at your dispatch. It was worse than very bad. The vertical stabilizer was bent 90 degrees at half height, due to the lousy packaging, not damage in transit. This took considerable time & effort to get to usable, but the plane will never fly as it is designed to. The vertical stabilizer will never be fully straight. You need to do some serious training of your packing staff, & the product packaging. I would rather pay a few dollars extra & receive a product in good condition, which a light cardboard box has ensured with my previous purchases from you.
