They are bulky with the clip. I unscrewed the clip and permanently fastened two of them to the glasses so that they are less obtrusive. They have a very powerful and narrow beam. I stuck a diffuser in front of the globes and it works better for me now when reading books and newspapers. Not suitable for reading an e-reader as the light reflects off the screen.
