!Very Bad Experience for buying the First Time at Bangood! The Phone arrived One Month after I made my purchase (Proccessing Time, Shipping Time, etc). It arrived in a Package cover in Oil. The Gray Plastic was cover in Oil. Inside the Buble Wrap also in Oil. And the Oil reach part of the Box of the Phone. So Goodbye to a Positive Unboxing Experience. After Removing and trowing away the Parts Cover in Excesive Oil (Gray Plastic Bag, Buble Wrap) and Cleaning the Box Phone (at the extend that I could Because the Oil penetrates the Box at one extend) I Unbox the Phone, and it seems to be in an almost ok condition. The Phone has a minor scratch and the bottom right corner of the phone. The scratch does not seems to be in the Glass but in the Plastic Film of the Phone. Given the Fact that I'm a Person who is very delicate with the Stuff that I buy, this bothers me a bit. The Phone is Functional and works as expected. I'm not blaming directly Banggood for the Experience (I have no proof of that). On the contrary: I recognize that the Phone was sent in an adecuate manner (with it's original components in a well protected Bubble Wrap Packaging). Where there is no doubt: Is in the Fact that there was Negligence from the People (Parts) that handle the Product in the Shipping Proccess. From Point A (China) to Point B (United States). As of this Moment, I have protected the Cellphone Box with Contact Paper, in order to save the Integrity ot the Box and to have a Presentable Box of the Phone in case I need to claim the One Year Warranty. Having had this Experience: I'm not going to buy from Banggood again. I'm not saying it's your Fault Banggood, but after this ''Oily'' Experience, I don't Feel the Need to take another Risk. È arrivato con circa una settimana di ritardo rispetto quello prospettato, però giunto ben confezionato. Purtroppo ha la presa Americana, quindi ho dovuto comprare un adattatore UE, comunque grazie al Coupons si sorvola. Nella confezione la OnePlus come già si sapeva lascia una cover trasparente ed una pellicola, giusto per iniziare subito. Nel complesso tutto perfetto, nonostante la spedizione lenta!! Consigliato!!! Arrived after a month! phone is a Chinese model but they flashed (OxegenOS) so its global ROM. updates via OTA works great!. The phone recognizes the charger as original and thus I have OP fast charging(Dash). I even got the adapter for EU power outlet! (its US originally check the picture) all functions are working (WIFI BLUETOOTH etc...) Many thanks!! chen,04/09/2019
