This RC ERA C187 is slightly larger than the XK version of this fuselage style. The XK K124 does not have optical flow (position hold) or altitude hold (barometer), but it does fly well. Also, the XK version can fly 3d and the transmitter is much more sophisticated, therefore the XK is more expensive. I believe you can bind up to 9 aircraft to the XK transmitter. Batteries: The XK has 500mah with plug, the ERA has 350mah cartridge style. Tail: The XK has a standard look tail while the ERA has a Fenestron look tail. This RC ERA C-187 has both optical flow and altitude hold. The optical flow works, but not all that well, as the copter will move around a lot. As soon as you add the slightest stick input, it seems the optical flow will deactivate as the copter begins to drift considerably. None of this is a problem since not much time is spent hovering. Forward flight is excellent and the altitude hold works extremely well. This copter prefers to be flown rather than hovered. Overall, this is an excellent bird to add to your collection. If you want to fly 3D or bind other aircraft, get the XK. If you are going to fly scale and won't bind other aircraft, get the RC ERA. Sorry, but many of my photos would not upload.

reçu rapidement et en parfait état cet hélicoptère est magnifique et vol très bien avec l'émetteur pro qui est nettement plus précis autour des neutres la tête de rotor est en métal. le seul défaut est qu'il n'est pas possible de choisir entre le mode stabilisé 6 axes avec maintient de l'altitude et un mode stabilisé 3 axes avec le contrôle réel des gaz qui permettrait un véritable apprentissage du pilotage d'un hélicoptère RC .
