Received very quickly thru Japan Post. Recharged it, First couple of time I turned it on the small round head shot off the machine. The heads don't seem to have a lock-in mechanism, like a bit on a portable drill. You just need to very firmly squeeze it in. You turn it on, the blue lights come on for a few seconds, and then it starts. Instructions weren't clear, but you choose strength of the percussion by pressing the blue light at the back of the handle. Shocking in it's strength- but on my neck, shoulders, great! I stand all day as a cashier- so this is going to be a great help.
