So i have been trying to get in touch with support . I hear there is a new firmware coming out that will include backlash control. Im looking to see if any of this is true. With no backlash control unless you have a perfectly tight working machine with very expensive ballscrews . This control is not going to run a cnc very well at all without errors and over cutting and undercutting. If anyone knows if this information is true let me know . There seems to be no support staff willing to answer any emails you send. I just bought this thing and cant use it .

Not recommended . All a lot of limitations, manual, info, support? What is that ? Had to be used to drive a 2-axis lathe, but cannot synchronize a spindle, so you cannot cut a screw thread. So worthless. Not a replacement at all for Mach3 or other providers as promised. Especially SUPPORT is non-existent. Even all my existing nc programs cannot be imported. The device itself is clean, cared for, the intention is good, the practical side is far from usable.
