Pinout is a hair odd but the datasheet is easy to find (eg. http://www.electronicoscaldas.com/datasheet/JQC-3F-T73-Series_Liming.pdf ). The side with two pins are NO and NC. The side with three pins have the coil on the outside pair, and COM in the center. I don't have any long-term reliability information or rating compliance, but I see no obvious warning signs in some quick bench tests.
